We are very much proud to update this blog after our successful launching of India's first Heli tourism project. Last time when we updated this blog about this revolutionary concept, the situation was completely different. We were at the last moment of preparation to launch such a creative but risky business firm. The expenses of air crafts, fuel, safety, publicity, all were major concerns that we had to deal with. But now when we are standing at the zenith of success, all those tensions, madness, risks have become plots to get self excited. That's what usually happens right. Life becomes just an experience at the very next moment we have lived it.
We launched our Heli Tourism project as a grand ceremony at Hotel Le Meridian, Cochin on 27th Sept 2012 along with Kerala Travel Mart. Respected MLA of Cochin Mr. Hibi Eden flagged off the first helicopter flight across Cochin City. On the same day we also got a golden opportunity to give a wonderful Heli trip to our Honorable Tourism Minister Anil Kumar and Honorable Education Minister Abdul Rab which marked a new era of tourism in Kerala and of course India.
On the very next day we proved that helicopter tourism in not only limited in Tourism sector. It has a wide range of scope including Ariel photography, Film shooting etc. Our Helicopter became a part of a Malayalam film directed by Aashiq Abu, the most renowned new generation director of the industry now. He has been received great applause from critics and audience for his last two films. His next film named as "Da Thadiya" is one of the most awaited film of this year. The director and their crew was thrilled with the air flight and shared their experience with us. They also added that Air Tours India is opening a new window for all film makers in South India to obtain a different perspective of Cinematography and entirely different frames on silver screen.
At this moment of success and happiness we would not want to forgot the ones who supported us a lot. Our sincere and special thanks go to the media. coverage that have been got to this maiden venture of our country was encouraged and backed by all visual and news media. All major channels like Asianet, Manorama, India Vision, Reporter, Jai Hind, Mathrubhumi etc have given immense importance to this idea. Manorama News has also telecasted a special report and talk with our MD in their Business news edition named Sambadyam. Without them our venture would not have got this much public acceptance and participation.
We are planning to elaborate the concept more and spread it to all parts of Kerala first. Corporates who were participating in Kerala Travel Mart showed their enthusiasm about Heli Tours and promised further co-operation in future. We feel after reading this at least 50% of you will be thrilled to have an Air Flight. Hope you won't feel the opposite.
